Tina Alexiou has lived in the greater Daytona Beach area since 1983. Originally a native of Chicago, She followed her family to Florida to get away from the long winters and fell in love with the area from the beginning. Tina has over 28 years of local business experience and has always had great success treating her customers with honesty and integrity.

Sara has been part of the mortgage industry since 2001, bringing more than two decades of experience across a wide range of roles. She began her career as a receptionist and went on to become a loan processor and now serves as a licensed Loan Originator and Senior Production Manager—a role best described as a mortgage loan analyst. In this position, Sara works closely with the team to ensure every loan moves smoothly and efficiently from application through closing.
Originally born in New England, Sara moved to the Flagler/Volusia area as a teenager and proudly considers herself a Floridian. She has been a part of Tina’s team since the very beginning and values the collaborative, client-focused approach they bring to every transaction.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her daughter, their cat Robin, and her daughter’s service dog, Joker.
Tanya has lived in Deltona since moving from the Boston area in Massachusetts in 1984. Tanya is our Loan Application Specialist and has been a member of our team since 2021. On her time off, you will find her and her husband walking their fur babies at the dog park.
